Tami Distefano

Tami Distefano is the Program Director for Ocean Coast Recovery. Tami has worked in the industry for a little over 20 years, starting out working with Veterans in 2007. Tami was a housing specialist and case manager, assisting Veterans with securing permanent housing and obtaining their VA benefits. This paved the way for her to explore other ways to help people. Tami began working in treatment in 2013 and found a passion for this field. She enrolled in school to become a drug and alcohol counselor and now has experience working with many different populations, including First Responders. 

Working at Ocean Coast Recovery, Tami loves that everyone who works here cares about their job and those who come to us for help. It is a family environment. Tami loves getting to know each person who walks through the door for help and guiding them through the process of finding their inner strength to be successful and sober.
