Chad Chapman

Chad is the Director of Operations. His day-to-day role includes scheduling staff, coordinating client movements, ensuring the facility meets all state standards, and ensuring all client care issues are addressed. Chad has been working in the treatment industry for over seven years at multiple facilities and all levels of care, focusing on operations for detox/residential LOC for the last four years.

Chad loves working at Ocean Coast because the focus is on the client and the client’s experience during this trying time in their life. Working in this industry provides people the opportunity to change the course of their lives; Chad loves working in this field because you get a front-row seat to people changing their lives and their families lives.
Chad is most passionate about the conversations he can have with clients during their stay at OCRC, meeting people from all over, learning their stories, and gaining new perspectives. Personally, Chad enjoys going to the gym and trying to stay healthy.
